The house is adapted for a maximum of 17 people. If you plan to be more than this, it must first be approved by Kobbar & Skär. Charges may apply.

* The above ground pool is heated. It can fluctuate from 20 – 28 degrees and be affected by weather and wind, as well as if the day has not been on during the night / in bad weather. NOTE: Sharp objects must NOT be used in the pool. Parental responsibility.

* The  table in the dining room has two pull-out tops so you can sit 10 – 12 people.

Welcome to lovely Sjölunda, perfect for 3 or 4 families.

Welcome to charming Sjölunda where you can experience the spirit of times gone by.
The house was built in 1901 and is reminiscent of Astrid Lindgren’s “The Tale of Madicken”

THE HOUSE
This beautiful old house is large and has two floors (see floor plan in the pictures).
There is room for 17 people divided into 7 bedrooms and to Sjölunda. Pets are also welcome.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has wonderful sliding windows for access to the terrace and wonderful views down to the meadows and the lake. The house has been renovated in stages and a careful renovation is currently underway which will gradually bring out the house’s old charm again.

THE SURROUNDINGS
The house is located in the contryside on Orust. Here you have fantastic nature and a nice view of the small lake, Kollungeröd water. Here you can walk the hiking trail Kultehamn and you can book Camel Riding, which is only 7 minutes by car.

THE GARDEN
The back of the house offers a large terrace, above ground pool and fenced lawn. There are also swings, a slide and a small playhouse. There is a table with seating for 10-12 people and a bar table with seating for 6 people. Charcoal grill and gas grill.

BEACH
To Svanesund’s lovely bathing area it is only 6 km and it has both parking, toilets, bathing jetty, jumping tower and large playground. See pictures.

Svanesund, Orust
Svanesund is located on the strait between the mainland and the eastern side of Orust. In the strait there is a car ferry that takes you smoothly between the island and the mainland (Stenungsund).
In Svanesund there are restaurants, grocery store, marina, football field and communications by bus and ferry.

SVANESUND GENERATIONAL PARK
A short 5-minute drive will take you to the Svanesund Generational Park, offering exercise areas and activities for all ages. Here, you can work out, climb, skateboard, and walk along scenic trails.
