Welcome to this cozy little cottage that has a lovely mountain plot, here you can enjoy long summer days. If it gets too quiet, put on your walking shoes and stroll to lovely Hälleviksstrand. In Hälleviksstrand, visitors are greeted by one of our finest and idyllic coastal villages with charming wooden houses and a relaxing atmosphere. Explore the picturesque harbor and enjoy walks along the beach overlooking the blue sea.

HÄLLEVIKSSTRAND BEACH RESORT
The house is only a 1.5 km walk or bike ride from Hälleviksstrand. Here are the old west coast cottages and boathouses in a row, a wide bay runs through the whole community and you can't miss Hällevikstrand's red wooden church, which is perhaps the most beautiful church in Sweden?
Here there is a nice and popular beach with a newly built jetty and good parking if you prefer to take the car. At the restaurant Erwing's Junkfood you can enjoy good food in a unique environment with a wonderful sea view, you can challenge a friend in darts and quizzes on Tuesdays. Right next door is Hälleviksstrand's Grill & Ice Cream Kiosk, which serves recognized good and certified hamburgers and ice cream from, among others, Lejonet & Björnen. A short distance away there is also a cozy restaurant with wood-fired pizzas.

SAUNA, KAYAK & PADDLE
It is easy to book Sauna Andstensholmen, which is a completely newly built sauna located right by the sea. For those who love to discover the world from the water, there are kayaks for hire, so you can glide along the coast and discover hidden coves and islands. For those who prefer firm ground, there are tennis and paddle courts.

THE COTTAGE & THE GROUND
In the cottage there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed, 80 cm. A small but cozy kitchen and a slightly larger living room with sofa, TV and dining table. To the right in the hall there is a toilet and sink and out in the storage room there is a shower and washing machine. The house is like the second last house on a small dirt road, it is calm and quiet here. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful with mountains right outside. There is also a very small pond behind the house.

Things to do in Orust
If you like to hike, there is the pilgrim trail where you hike across meadows & through forest between Orust's churches. Fishing for crabs is fun for both small and large children and only requires a bucket and a line. Under the tabcom/kul-pa-on/">Fun on the islands, you'll find tips about our own donut places on Orust & neighboring island Tjörn. Try camel riding at Myckleby Nedergård, rent a boat & discover your own bathing rocks & coves, learn about the life of bees at Tavlebords honey farm , buy locally produced & of course fresh fish & freshly cooked seafood on farms & in shops around the island!

Buy the chair you sit on or the cup you drink from, everything can be bought at the lovely food/café just 2 km from the house, welcome to Miss Trulls, There is also a paddle track here.

Take a trip to Tjörn, here, just like on Orust, there are several beautiful old archipelago communities and here they have invested in super nice cycle paths, some of them run along the sea.

Don't miss the Pilane sculpture in Hällene and the Nordic Watercolor Museum in Skärhamn has experiences for both young and old. A creative cultural center with watercolor art from all over the world at the same time that Pilane offers world-class art in the middle of a Bohuslän cultural landscape among graveyards and grazing sheep. Säby Kile's nature reserve is a wonderful trip, many bird species thrive here that benefit from the rich aquatic life. At Sundsby Säteri you can enjoy something good in the cafe and restaurant.
