This summer house is in a sunny and peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Here there is a large, lovely plot with space for outdoor games and three patios that offer both sun and shade.

Beach
A short walk from the harbor is Kungsviken's beach, here there is shallow water for the little ones and there are jetties and jumping towers for those who want to swim a little deeper. There is also a nice path through the forest from the house down to Kungsviken and the swimming area  (note the path is not stroller-friendly).

Restaurants, shops & stores
In Henån, which is 7 km from the house, you can find everything you need: several restaurants, ICA shop, playground, fish shop, bike rental and library, etc. In Henån's guest harbor there is a cozy kiosk with ice cream from Lejonet & Björnen, here you can also find SUP and boat rentals .

The house
On the mezzanine level there is a cozy kitchen with a small dining area for 4-6 people. Further into the living room, there is a sofa group with TV (basic channels & cromecast) and a dining table with room for all guests. Two bedrooms, one with a day bed and in the other bedroom there are two single beds that are put together. Here is also the slightly larger bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The upper floor has a large bedroom with two single beds that are put together in the living room outside there is a sofa bed and a small workplace with a desk and office chair. On this floor there is also a smaller toilet.

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.
