THE HOUSE
ENTRANCE PLAN
Directly inside the door is a hall and the stairs up to the upper floor. To the left is the small toilet with toilet and a bedroom No. 1 with a bed. Then the kitchen is on the right.
The laundry room, the bathroom and the living room and bedroom no. 2.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs you come up to a hall, if you go to the right you have bedroom no. 3 on the left and bedroom no. 4 on the right. If you go to the left, you have a large living room with dining table and chairs, and seating. There is also a bathroom, with both shower and bath. Bedroom No. 5 a double bed and last bedroom No. 6, a folding bed.

THE PLOT
The plot is hilly and here and there there are a few different seats to sit on, and on the small terrace at the entrance there are two sun loungers. There is also a small stream at the edge of the plot.
There are also lovely mountains to climb and nice hiking trails nearby.

HÄLLEVIKSSTRAND
Only 2.5 km away is one of Orust's most picturesque fishing community, Hälleviksstrand. Here you will find a harbor, restaurant and a kiosk. Here you also have a nice beach.

Orust offers many experiences, you have car free island Gullholmen & Kärringön, Lyr with the fish restaurant Bryggvingen, here are Miss Trulls and Honey farmn, as well as the beautiful Mollösund. A lot of experiences in just a few minutes drive.
