Svanesund is a small village on Orust which is both close to the sea and strategically located to go south towards Gothenburg, to Liseberg or go north, to Nordens Ark, takes just an hour. Gothenburg is also easy to get to by bus from Svanesund. Then, of course, it is not far to our own local small picturesque fishing community and attractions, both on Orust & Tjörn.

Welcome to SV1012, a architecturally exciting house set in an old raised garden with stunning views. The smell of warm pine trees awakes summer memories.

You enter into a spacious hall. Here you also have one toilet & one bathroom. On the left, there are three bedrooms. The kitchen and living room are just one open space, and when you come in you face a fantastic viewoverlooking the sea and the soul settles.

Outside the house there are small and large seating areas in different directions. Up front there is a lovely lawn and in the back you will find the patio, rugged rocks and a stairway down to the beach.

Around the island you will find cozy cafes & restaurants, fish shops with fresh seafood, small galleries & farm shops with self-produced products. A large shopping center is located in Stenungsund (9 km) with about 60 shops. Within a few miles you also have many quaint little fishing communities and attractions around Orust and Tjörn. Please note that there are stairs down to the beach. It is however possible to walk a few extra minutes along a pathway.

The owner will leave some basic supplies in the pantry, which you are free to use.
Bed linen and towels are available for rent
Final cleaning can be booked by the owner.
