Svanesund is a small town on Orust which is both close to the sea and strategically located to go south towards Gothenburg, to Liseberg or go north, to Nordens Ark, takes barely more than an hour. You can also easily get to Gothenburg by bus from Svanesund. Then, of course, it is not far to our own local small picturesque fishing community and attractions, both on Orust & Tjörn.

THE SURROUNDINGS/GROUNDS
The house is located at the end of the road, next to two other houses. The house has its own fenced-in large terrace with a lovely view of the fjord and the surrounding area. Outdoor furniture and space for 7 people as well as parasols, some deckchairs and a charcoal grill will be available.

CHILD & DOG FRIENDLY
Since the balcony is fenced, it is perfect for those of you who have small children who can run away or a friendly dog that you want to bring with you. (dog only on request).
It is also possible to park 1-2 cars right next to the house.

NOTE, the cat Siv lives in the house next door and can come to visit (if you don't have a dog with you yourself)

The house was built in 1960 and renovated in 2017. It is 170 m2 and distributed over two floors.

Entrance level has 4 rooms, 2 bedroom, 1 cinema room and living room with kitchen, stove and exit to the balcony. Here is also the bathroom with washing machine.

The upper floor has 1  bedroom, smaller living room with TV and chromecast, and a sofa bed. There is also a room  in the hall with a 120 bed.
Small WC and sink and exit to a large balcony, and lovely view.
